Stampin up - DogGone Friendly

This is great back ground stamp.  I created this card for a challenge and this technique is called a faux spotlight technique.  The background stamp was stamped with momento tuxedo black and coloured with stampin blends.  I stamped the insert of the card just in black and the same with the envelope.  The colours I used for cardstock are basic black and poppy parade. I cut a mat and adhered the stamped image onto poppy parade cardstock and applied stampin dimensionals. The sentiment was stamped with versamark ink and heat embossed with black embossing powder.
