Frosted Gingerbread

When I first saw this set, memories of some great Christmases came back.  As a child my favourite Christmas ornaments that decorated our tree looked just like the bell in this die set.  The ornaments weren't anything special, not handmade, just these plastic glittery bells that I would wind-up tight and watch them spin. My Mom hung them every year and even  into adulthood they continued to be my most loved ornaments.    I don't know what happened to them after all those years  but Stampin Ups Frosted Gingerbread dies brought back great memories of Christmas with my family.
This set is only available  until January 3rd or while supplies last.

Whale Done to the rescue

Russell is on a mission to save the wharf in Sidney and he was creating a sign he could use for his rally.  Not only did he get a stamping lesson his sign looks great don't you think?

We don't have any pets but we do feed and provide outside shelter for the neighborhood feral kitties.  In return they guard my Stampin Up Deliveries until I get home :).

The Pretty Pumpkins bundle is gorgeous and the possibilities are endless.  I am thinking these would be great for  Halloween themed scrapbook pages or just a fall colour theme.  Click here if you would like to purchase Pretty Pumpkins which is available in the July to December Mini Catalogue.

Today's project is a sample of the card my customers are receiving for the month of October when they place an order.  This is made using Merry Merlot cardstock for the base and Beauty of the Earth DSP.

Sweet Little Stockings

This is the cutest little bundle for pet lovers and even if your not a pet lover I think you will love it.

This card is made using the bundle, stamps, dies, and brick embossing folder for the fireplace as well as timer for the plant pot to add some texture.

It folds flat for mailing too.  There is a spot on the back of the card for writing your message.

Nothing is better than....

We got hit with a snow storm on the island this weekend.  In my Ontario life, I would have done the normal things, shopping running errands etc but that was pre covid and in a province that salted and ploughed streets. :)   Snow is rare on the island though and because the roads aren't salted or ploughed much it was a great weekend to stay in and craft.
So I wanted to share what I've been working on.

Whale Done!

The colours in the "Whale Done" Bundle are just beautiful. The blues and greens are so vibrant and I am addicted to making these cards.  They are so fun.
These cards are called shadow box tunnel cards.  Using the round dies for the windows make it look like an aquarium or a fish bowl. Well thats what I was aiming for anyway.

The bundle comes with the punch to cut out the whales.

Aloha From Hawaii

I just had to show you some of the amazing pics from our cruise to Hawaii.  This was the reason not much posted the last few weeks.  I'm...
